Our main aim is to promote independence and choice so that our customers can remain in their own homes as much as possible, through supported living services and domiciliary care. We are committed in delivering the services you want, how you want them, in the comfort of you own home or a supported living accommodation
Person Centered Care
We use person centred planning to set out how we will support each person to live the life they want. A person centred plan tells the story of how the individual wants to live their life now, and in the future. We use many different communication tools, so even if an individual finds verbal or written communication difficult, they can still be at the heart on the process of developing their plan.
You are an individual to us, so the solutions and plans we put in place are with your full input to help you achieve your goals. This means that we tailor what we do and how we do it to suit each persons specific, and often, complex needs. Supported individuals regularly work together to share ideas on how to continuously improve your care.
